Profits Bytes Terms of Service

Effective September 20, 2026. These terms apply to new purchases of Profits Bytes live educational meetings, workshops and group coaching. Questions: support@profitsbytes.org.

What you purchase

Each ticket provides one attendee with access to the selected live Zoom session. The product page controls the session date, Central Time schedule, duration and any included replay. Monthly AMA tickets are purchased per session and are not a subscription or automatic recurring charge. Future dates are announced separately. Access instructions are delivered to the checkout email after payment and verification.

Education only; no professional advice

Coaching, demonstrations, live answers and recordings are general education. They are not individualized investment, financial, tax, legal or employment advice. We do not provide recommendations to buy, sell or hold a security or financial product for your personal circumstances, manage money, or promise investment returns. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for decisions about your situation. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Examples and past results do not predict future outcomes.

AI and career instruction does not guarantee a job, promotion, income increase, business result or successful outcome from a performance-improvement plan. AI outputs may be inaccurate and require your verification. Follow your employer's policies and protect confidential information.

Pricing and promotions

Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Promotional availability is limited to the stated eligible products and redemption limits. Promotions do not stack unless explicitly stated. A discounted ticket carries the same session access and transfer rights as a standard ticket. No automatic recurring billing is created by buying an AMA seat.

Attendance and conduct

Bring relevant questions and participate respectfully. Group coaching time is shared and not every question is guaranteed an individual response. Do not disclose employer, client or third-party confidential information, payment credentials or sensitive personal data. Do not record, redistribute, resell or publicly share the session, replay or access links without permission.

Recordings and privacy

Sessions advertised as recorded include a replay for personal learning for at least 30 days after delivery. Recording notice is provided before recording begins, and any legally required consent will be obtained. Camera, microphone and screen-sharing contributions may be recorded. Ask the host about an unrecorded way to submit a question. Marketing use of identifiable attendee contributions requires separate permission. See our Privacy Policy.

Transfers, refunds and cancellations

Unused seats may be transferred to another person or a future available cohort under our Refunds & Seat Transfers policy. Contact support before the original session starts. Organizer cancellations and rescheduling remedies are described there. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Content and updates

Teaching materials and recordings remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasers receive personal learning access. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
